Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers about ordering, shipping and custom labels.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every MyPak order, so the case price you see is the price you pay for the goods — there is no freight line to add.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to pharmacies and fulfillment centers across the United States from our Dallas, TX facility.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products are sold by the case, so one case is the minimum. The Insulated Foam Cooler Kit is priced per kit with a minimum order of 10. Custom labels have a 30-box minimum.
How do I place an order?
Send us a quote request through the contact form, by phone at +1 (832) 217-0237 or by email. Tell us the products and number of cases, and we'll confirm availability, pricing and next steps.
Can I mix different sizes in one order?
Absolutely. Case sizes are fixed for each product, but you can combine as many products and sizes as you like in one order — tell us the mix and we'll quote it together.
Can you print custom prescription labels?
Yes. Custom label runs are available with a minimum order of 30 boxes and a lead time of about 8 weeks. Send us your size, layout and artwork requirements to get started.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Every product is already priced by the case. If you order at higher volumes or on a recurring basis, ask about bulk-tier savings — we'll build a custom quote.
What cold chain options do you have?
We supply 6 oz cold gel packs, Cool Shield reflective bubble mailers and 8 × 6 × 4 in insulated foam cooler kits. They are packaging materials: always follow your own temperature-control protocols and carrier requirements for each shipment.
